While she looks incredible, Elizabeth Hurley has admitted that she doesn’t enjoy going to the gym. “I don’t exercise, but I am very active,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in 2019. The Marvel’s Runaways actress prefers what she refers to as found fitness. “I don’t really do any set exercise,” she explained. “I prefer to get my exercise from doing something [other] than being in the gym.”

As such, Elizabeth Hurley’s unique fitness regime includes everything from squats while brushing her teeth to fast 20-minute walks with her dogs. The actress also credits her physique with her diet, saying she focuses on mindful eating. “I think snacking throughout the day is terrible for people’s digestion,” she said. I think you need to eat and then give your body time to use that food.”

Although her career has been quiet of late, Elizabeth Hurley is a highly recognized and respected figure in the entertainment industry, particularly in the United Kingdom. As such, her absence from the coronation of King Charles III was notable. As a Global Ambassador of the Estée Lauder Companies Breast Cancer Campaign, Elizabeth Hurley helped raise an impressive $10.3 million for breast cancer during the course of her involvement. Still, the 57-year-old was disappointed to miss the grand occasion. “My friends had their own tea parties and their own watching parties, and of course, I felt a bit left out,” she said.

While she busies herself with projects away from the movie camera, Elizabeth Hurley will be featured in the U.K.’s Channel Nine series titled Warnie. The show chronicles the life of Australian cricketing legend Shane Warne who was engaged to Hurley from 2011 to 2013. British actress Shanti Kali will portray the supermodel in the limited series.

Elizabeth Hurley and Shane Warne’s relationship was highly publicized. The couple got engaged in 2011 but broke up two years later due to work commitments. Despite their separation, the pair remained on good terms, with Hurley expressing her continued support for Warne’s family after his sudden death in 2022.

Warne’s relationship with Elizabeth Hurley came after his 10-year marriage to Simone Callahan broke down in 2005. After her divorce from Arun Nayar, Hurley’s relationship with Warne was her first serious one. In a 2022 interview, the actress reflected on losing two “great loves” in her life, referring to Warne and ex-boyfriend Steve Bing. However, Warne omitted his ex-fiancé in his will, leaving his entire £12 million fortune to his three children.

Warnie is set to air on Channel Nine in the United Kingdom later this year.
