Three days after Christmas and Elizabeth Hurley is getting snuggly in her new Christmas present. In a post on her Instagram account, the British beauty posted a pic of her wearing her new ethereal sweater, sans pants. The 57-year-old actress and model, who has been making fashion headlines since the 90s, knew exactly how to pose to show off her gift, and she’s looking great.

The cozy sweater Elizabeth hurley wears is designed by Avant Garde Candadian-British designer Patrick Cox, who is known for creating shoes, leather goods, and fashion accessories. Deviating away from his typical creations, Hurley’s sweater looks cushy and comfy. The sweater was made by Doors of Perception and is machine embroidered with more than 300,000 stitches, a process that took over 40 hours to make.

The sweater is a long-sleeved, crew-necked cotton piece covered with dozens of individually designed eyes that have been embroidered into the material. In the photo, Elizabeth Hurley wears only the sweater, with no pants or other articles of clothing. She wears her hair down, looking just as casual and comfy as her shirt, and her face is done up in a full-glam look.

Elizabeth Hurley first stepped into the spotlight in 1992 when she got her first role in a big-budget film, Passenger 57. However, it wasn’t until 1994 that the actress and model really started to turn heads when she showed up at Hugh Grant’s Four Weddings and a Funeral premiere in a plunging black Versace dress that was barely held together by gold safety pins. Since then, Hurley has been capturing the attention of the media and fans alike with her bold looks and poses that burst with confidence and poise.

While Passenger 57 was Elizabeth Hurley’s first film role, her part in the movie was pretty small. It wasn’t until 1997, when she starred next to Mike Myers as Vanessa Kensington in Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, that Hurley finally had her big break. After that, she starred as the Devil next to Brendan Fraser in Bedazzled and played Morgan Le Fey in the TV series Runaways, based on the Marvel comics of the same name.

Between acting gigs, Elizabeth Hurley has had a steady career as a model, especially with the cosmetics company Estee Lauder, which she has worked with since 1995. In addition to acting and modeling, Hurley is an entrepreneur who owns her own beachwear line, and she recently dove into Instagram influencing. Along with promoting fashion designed by her friends, Hurley also models her own bikini line and frequently posts glamorous and sensual photos of her in her inventory.

While it’s common to see talent in Hollywood come and go, Elizabeth Hurley has never completely disappeared. While she may not have always been in the center of the spotlight, the Bedazzled actress has definitely always stayed close. After Austin Powers, Hurley acted in many smaller movies and television shows and had a recurring role as Diana Payne in Gossip Girl. When not acting or modeling, it wasn’t because Hurley was ready to retire but because she was too busy working on her own fashion line.

While some might consider slowing down after a decades-long career, this definitely doesn’t seem like it will ever be the case for Elizabeth Hurley.
