The singer already has three Grammy Awards under her belt and a spot on the UK Albums Chart. She recently posted a photo of herself on Instagram sitting by the pool in a barely-there bikini. Lipa appears to be taking in the hot sun on what seems to be a beautiful day. The pic is part of a day & night series of photos posted by the singer yesterday. Fans of hers seemed to have approved of the pic as it already has over 2 million likes.
The two-piece bathing suit features sage green strings and darker green color covered in a butterfly pattern. Dua Lipa added silver accessories-including a diamond pinky ring, silver chain bracelet, and hoop earrings-to bring out the shades of green. Lipa’s black hair is pulled back in a ponytail, and she decided to enjoy the day make-up free. The butterfly print is perfect for the final days of what has undoubtedly been a hot summer. Across her right arm, one can make out the heart-shaped tats. The look is natural and breezy. It reveals the singer’s outer as well as inner beauty.
Dua Lipa’s time under the sun may account for her lack of appearance at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards. Despite having been nominated in five categories, the pop star was nowhere to be found. It was revealed that she was enjoying a friend’s wedding in France. One photo revealed her in a white dress designed by Jacquemus and carrying a black handbag. The pop star was nominated for Best Collaboration, Best Art Direction, Song of the Year, and more. Her collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion-“Sweetest Pie”-earned the singer three nominations. Lipa and Stallion performed the song as sultry witches who lure men into a forest with the intention of devouring them. Stallion has stated on Twitter the meaning of the song is based on men “attacking women for whatever reason” and going women “rising from the ashes stronger than ever.”

She released her debut album soon afterward, which appeared on numerous year-end lists and was nominated for British Album of the Year at the Brit Awards.
