It’s been just a few weeks since James Gunn broke our hearts with the third and final installation in his Guardians of the Galaxy franchise, and we’re still having a difficult time saying goodbye to our favorite gang of misfits. Luckily for us, there have been plenty of behind-the-scenes moments coming from the cast and crew with the latest featuring Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, and Pom Klementieff doing a little dance and pose in front of a camera. The Instagram video, which you can see below, was a special gift to fans from Nebula herself – Karen Gillan.

Backed by a black screen with a black floor underneath, the trio can be seen moving through poses by way of dance. With Florence + the Machine’s “Dog Days Are Over,” a song now synonymous with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, playing in the background, Chris Pratt does his take on a Snoopy dance while Karen Gillan and Pom Klementieff go for a more Charlie’s Angels approach. Out of costume, the three are dressed in their professional best with Pom Klementieff even rocking that bleach-blonde hair that we can expect to see her in for Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One

As always, fans and other famous names took to the comments to share their love for Chris Pratt, Pom Klementieff, and Karen Gillan with director James Gunn dropping his joy in the moves the three were breaking out. Also spotted in the comments is Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay. For those who may not know, Gillan is an avid fan of the Bravo reality series, having previously appeared to discuss her hot takes on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen alongside Vanderpump star Katie Maloney just a few weeks ago.

This final chapter in the book of the Guardians of the Galaxy literally took the audience’s breath away when it debuted in theaters just two weeks ago. A heartfelt final adventure saw the wise-cracking team on a mission to save their beloved friend Rocket Raccoon. With plenty of traumatizing backstory on Rocket’s life, the cast gave the perfect final performance with Chris Pratt, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, Bradley Cooper, Vin Diesel, Dave Bautista, and Sean Gunn giving their characters the goodbye that they deserved.

By the end of the film, we laughed and cried as the Guardians all went their separate ways with Chris Pratt’s Star-Lord returning to Earth to grieve the loss of Gamora (Zoe Saldaña) and find himself, and Pom Klementieff’s Mantis also striking out on her own. Meanwhile, Karen Gillan’s Nebula stays behind in Knowhere along with Drax to help rebuild the society while Rocket, Groot, Kraglin, and a few others form a new Guardians team.

While this may be the end of the Guardians as we know them, the final post-credit moments teased that Star-Lord will be back in one capacity or another. Whether that means that Chris Pratt will reprise the role remains unknown, but it would seem as though his story isn’t over just yet. With Karen Gillan’s latest Instagram post, we’re joyfully reminded that the team had just as much fun making these films over the last decade as we’ve had to watch them.
