Carmen Electra Is Sharing Swimsuit Photos, Proving Nothing Has Changed Since Her Baywatch Days

If there is one thing we can all agree upon when it comes to Tara Leigh Patrick, it’s that she appears to not have aged well since making waves on the TV series Baywatch. Patrick, professionally know to fans as Carmen Electra, has taken to Instagram to prove that point.
Carmen Electra recently posted a series of photos to her Instagram posing in a leopard print one-piece bathing suit, a multicolored one-piece bathing suit, and a video clip of her wearing a Tangerine bikini. As you can see, the recently turned 49-year-old can still turn heads.
In this first post, Electra captions it with a quote from another famous-model-turned-actress Marilyn Monroe. “Dogs never bite me just humans.”
Carmen Electra’s second post also includes a Marilyn quote, “If I’d observed all the rules I’d never have got anywhere.”
Her third post and video have Carmen Electra showing off her fun beachwear.
Throughout her career, Carmen Electra has never been one to shy away from the camera, with or without clothes on. She began her career as a singer when she was discovered by Prince. She signed a recording contract with Prince’s Paisley Park Records where Electra recorded her one and only self-titled studio album.
From there, Carmen Electra decided Playboy was the route for her and in 1996 she was featured in a nude pictorial in Hefner’s magazine. It wouldn’t be the last time Electra would strip down for the magazine as she appeared four more times for Hef in June 1997, December 2000, April 2003, and finally, her last time came in the January 2009 anniversary issue.
Her 1996 Playboy pictorial garnered her recognition helping Carmen Electra grab her first TV role on Baywatch Nights. In it, she played Candy and not the character she became famous for, Lani McKenzie. Electra only lasted a season on Baywatch, but it was enough to boost her career.
Carmen Electra went on to star in many adult-oriented productions. Mind you, not adult films, but shows that catered to more of an adult crowd. She also found herself involved in the Scary Movie franchise, starring in the original Scary Movie and returning for Scary Movie 4. Carmen Electra then found much success starring in a number of parody comedy features such as Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, and Disaster Movie.
Her career, though, hasn’t only focus on Playboy or adult material. Electra has also been seen in more family friendly films such as My Boss’s Daughter and Cheaper by the Dozen 2.
While Carmen Electra has never been shy with her body, she does seem to be part of a group of actresses/models who, in their later careers, have decided to go all-in when it comes to posting body beautiful pictures. Elizabeth Hurley leads the way as her Instagram page is filled with pictures of Hurley modeling her bathing suit line as well as fun pictures of her in various stages of undress. Salma Hayek and Halle Berry have also recently opened eyes with their Instagram postings.
Not to be outdone by Carmen Electra is model and actress Paulina Porizkova. The ex-wife of the late Cars singer Ric Ocasek has also taken to social media to let fans know that age is just a number. The 56-year-old just went full frontal nude for the cover of the Czech version of Vogue Magazine. The jaw-dropping photos, according to the gorgeous model, are unretouched and have brought her some major attention. “Look, when you’re full-frontal nude on the cover of Vogue at 56, I hope it would have some attention,” she said via Page Six.
That is the one thing Carmen Electra continues to receive – attention.
