Britney Spears is well known for sending her fandom into a tizzy. Over the summer, Britney Spears deleted her Instagram account following a heated family feud that stemmed from her wedding to longtime boyfriend, Sam Asghari. But it didn’t last long.

BRITNEY’S INSTAGRAM HIATUS ONLY LASTED TWO DAYS

If it is one thing Britney Spears enjoys it is being the center of attention. As Britney Spears’s past Instagram postings have clearly shown, she loves social media and has plenty to say while on it. When she isn’t talking, she is posting her risqué pictures.

In fact, her hiatus from Instagram wasn’t at all long-lived. She only remained off the platform for two days. When returning, she made no mention of the wedding drama and went back to doing what Britney Spears does best.

Britney Spears, if not writing on Instagram, will surely be writing her memoirs. Back in February of this year, books publisher Simon & Schuster handed over $15 million to Spears for her story. The bio is said to cover things about her personal life as well as her professional.

Although it appears not to have anything to do with the memoir Britney’s sister, Jamie Lynn Spears, recently published, titled Things I Should Have Said, there could be more to the story and after Britney’s scathing Instagram ripping of her sister, after the book was released, we are sure there is.

The post was deleted but Spears made her point perfectly clear when she said, “Congrats best seller…..The nerve of you to sell a book now and talk s—t but your f—king lying…..I wish you would take a lie detector test so all these masses of people see you’re lying through your teeth about me !!!! I wish the almighty, Lord would could come down and show this whole world that you’re lying and making money off of me!!!! You are scum, Jamie Lynn.” Ouch.

And recently, as seen above and below, the singer has been more than active lately on Instagram.

BRITNEY SPEARS DELETED HER INSTAGRAM AFTER RANT ABOUT HER BROTHER WHO CRASHED HER WEDDING

The excitement surrounding Britney Spears’ Instagram account started when the pop star tied the knot with actor/model Sam Asghari. It was an “intimate” affair in which the newlyweds invited around 60 of their closest friends and family including Madonna, Selena Gomez, and Drew Barrymore. Not included on the guest list was Britney’s entire family, though her brother Bryan swears that he had received an invite.

As far as Britney Spears’s Instagram account, it has been one filled with love, laughter, despair, grief, sorrow, craziness, and a whole bunch of Britney nudity. For the past 13 years, Britney has been in a daily struggle with her family over her conservatorship. For Britney’s part, she has been quite candid over the years, speaking out as to what her family has been putting her through.

Things finally came to a head when Britney and Sam first announced their engagement and then set the date for their wedding. There were reports that Britney had invited her brother Bryan to her wedding and apparently confirmed by Bryan’s girlfriend, Amber Lynn Conklin, on her Instagram account. She posted, “Ironically Lexie had her 5th-grade graduation & we couldn’t help the timings.”

She then added, “Bryan felt terrible having to choose but he had to be there for his daughter.” Finally, Conklin said that Britney’s brother was sending his love to both her and Sam and that she (Conklin) and Bryan were “so sad to miss such an important moment but so so happy for Britney and Sam’s Marriage!”

Of course, Britney wasted no time in responding to Conklin’s Instagram. She was dead set on setting the record straight with her lengthy Instagram response that has since been deleted along with her account. In it, Britney first responded to the wonderful time she had at her wedding, then she proceeded to again slam her family for the 13 years of hell they put her through.

“True story — the 13 years of being in the conservatorship I was drug tested at least 3 times a week,” she continued. “I don’t even really like alcohol … meanwhile I heard that my dad would go to bars every night … and my brother had his shrimp salad with a Jack and coke every night in Vegas after my show and even sometimes before !!! He would never even let me have a sip … you let your 5-year-old daughter put her hand in her mother’s wine and be silly yet when I just get off the stage for the 3rd time that week and my little feet have been in heels I walk to the only table in my suit and you tell me no … my question is this WHY???” But Britney was far from done and she began to focus on her brother Bryan.

“Bryan when asked by that incredibly kind man ‘why doesn’t your family just let her be ???’ Your response was … ‘she can’t even make a dinner reservation …’” she wrote. “None of you ever wanted it to end because you all loved telling me what to do and treating me like absolutely nothing!!! What you said right there to that man in that interview said everything, Bryan!!! You were never invited to my wedding, so why even respond ???”

Britney Spears then finished her long Instagram diatribe against her brother by saying, “If we were going to drink together at the wedding and play the classy roles for the children like you and mom do as you people literally hid coffee and alcohol when I would come home … You hurt me and you know it!!! I know you’re my blood and yes blood runs deep but no family of mine would do what you guys did to me …” She completed the post with directly aggressive comments, writing, “GO F*** YOURSELF Bryan — F*** you …”

EX JASON ALEXANDER ALSO CRASHED THE BRITNEY SPEARS WEDDING

This was the capper for Britney Spears, but it wasn’t the only excitement that surrounded the Asghari/Spears nuptials. As the wedding began to kick into high gear, one of Britney’s ex-husbands, Jason Alexander, decided it would be best for him to crash the wedding. Alexander, whose marriage to Spears lasted a whole 55 hours before it was annulled, went on Instagram Live to tell folks that he was going to “crash” the wedding.

Again, on Instagram Live, Alexander approached security stating that he was invited to the affair. Shortly after, a physical struggle took place, and then the police finally arrived. Alexander was arrested and booked on two counts of misdemeanor battery, one count of misdemeanor vandalism, and one count of misdemeanor trespassing.

According to reports, after the wedding, a source claims that Spears fired her entire security team. It was said that she was going through a complete security overhaul. This source also said that “She [Spears] felt very unsafe and security at her wedding was a disaster.”

Although the source claimed security was a disaster, the couple looked quite happy posing for their wedding pictures. In fact, Spears took to her Twitter account to announce the wedding complete, even informing her fans that she had a panic attack but got herself through it.

BRITNEY SPEARS ALSO DELETED HER INSTAGRAM IN SEPTEMBER 2021

This was certainly not the first time Britney Spears’ Instagram was deleted. Back in September of 2021, Britney caused some panic amongst her many followers when two days after announcing her engagement to Sam, her Instagram went dark. Of course, those who follow Britney Spears know she has more than one social media account.

After taking down her Instagram, she moved on over to her Twitter account to explain and let her millions of fans know that she is fine. “Don’t worry folks… just taking a little break from social media to celebrate my engagement!!!! I’ll be back soon,” she told them.

As for this recent Britney Spears Instagram deletion, she never gave a word as to why. Family drama could be the reason, though, as Britney had been sparring with her mother, Lynn, since Spears’s wedding. Before Spears’ Instagram went dark, Britney shared to her Instagram account a video that included her voiceover saying, “And don’t you ever forget how they gave you distance when you needed love.”

Britney’s mom decided to respond with the comment, “You have got to be kidding me!!” She also included the eye-roll emoji. Lynn’s comment was deleted within minutes of its posting. Thankfully, Page Six got themselves a screenshot before it went up in smoke. Thank you, Page Six.

SHE SHARED HER CONSERVATORSHIP STRUGGLES WITH HER DAD ON SOCIAL MEDIA

One thing you can never accuse Britney Spears and her Instagram account of is being shy. The former Mickey Mouse Club star, whose career started on the show along with Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, Christina Aguilera, and Keri Russell, has had no problem in the past showing off her body in various stages of undress, many times completely undressed. It was for this reason and her many questionable acts of the past (marriage to Kevin Federline, the quickie marriage to Alexander) that put her in the position of needing the conservatorship in the first place.

Also adding to these bad decisions was the fact that Spears has had a well-known past with drugs and alcohol. During her 13 years under conservatorship, Spears continued to perform and release albums. She became estranged from her family, mainly her father who was in control of the conservatorship.

For years they were at odds until January 2019, when Spears’ father, Jamie, suffered a ruptured colon that nearly killed him. Britney became the daughter of her father and put aside the family issues to help care for him. But it didn’t last long, and the gloves came off again.

During this time, Britney continued to populate her Instagram with talk of her family and continuing questionable nude pictures. She was giving her family all the ammunition they needed to continue the conservatorship, which they did. A #FreeBritney movement began to try to help her gain control back of her own life.

Through much legal maneuvering and finally, after 13 years, Britney Spears was given her life back. On November 12, 2021, Judge Brenda Penny terminated the conservatorship for good.

BRITNEY’S MOM APOLOGIZES ON INSTAGRAM

At the beginning of October, Britney Spears shared an image that read, “I’m not perfect but I’m me. It was accompanied by a lengthy caption that reopened old wounds about her complicated family relationships. Overall, the Instagram rant conveyed a message that the 40-year-old was upset that her family never took ownership of the mistakes that were made.

To many’s surprise, Spears’ mother left a comment with an apology. “I am so sorry for your pain,” she wrote. Going on, she added, “I love you so much and miss you! Please unblock me, so I can speak to you in person.”

It doesn’t appear that Britney Spears has responded to her mother’s comments as of now. In the meantime, the singer continues to do what she does best on Instagram. Britney appears to be living her best life, enjoying documenting every moment of her journey with her devoted fans on social media.
