See Brie Larson Sitting In The Middle Of Traffic For Some Reason

Brie Larson is part of a couple of different billion-dollar franchises at this point, not something many out there can say. And when that’s the case, it stands to reason that she’ll find herself in some weird spots especially while filming. It’s been the case for her lately with a couple of Instagram posts that highlight the very different kind of life she is leading these days. The latest Brie Larson post has her in an odd place, though it looks like she’s perfectly happy to be there. The actress was giving the thumbs up while sitting on the road surrounded by traffic. Odd indeed, though it makes at least some sense because of her upcoming movie.
The Brie Larson Instagram post shows her sitting cross-legged in the middle of a highway surrounded by cars. It doesn’t look like they are moving so on the safety front I think we are all good there. But it is an odd placement all things considered. The actress let on why she might be there and why she was signaling all was good. This was for filming the installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, Fast X, a movie she’s been brought into for its final run. Check out the picture and see if she already looks the part joining Vin Diesel and company in this last movie in the franchise.
Brie Larson jokes in the Instagram caption that she’s just sitting there waiting on another cup of tea from a production assistant. Apparently, this is all part of rehearsals for the movie which has been filming for a couple of months now. It is set to be the last movie in the franchise and they are likely pulling out all of the stops. Larson has captured a couple of other moments on set with co-star Vin Diesel and it appears the two of them have a solid working relationship. It could be one of the reasons she agreed to come on board in the franchise this late in the game.
It hasn’t been disclosed what part Brie Larson will be playing in Fast X though she’s joining a few other latecomers to the franchise for this final run. Jason Momoa, Daniela Melchior, and Alan Ritchson have also been added to the cast. And much of the original and added crew is back as well with Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, and Chris “Ludacris” Bridges reprising their roles. Plus John Cena, Charlize Theron, Jason Statham, and Helen Mirren are all back as well. Who isn’t returning is director Justin Lin who exited the production over creative differences just a few weeks into filming. Fast X will hit theaters on May 19, 2023.
As for Brie Larson, of course, this isn’t even her biggest franchise and next summer is going to be a big one for the actress. She’s set to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Carol Danvers/ Captain Marvel in The Marvels with releases on July 28, 2023. It will unite her character with Iman Vellani’s Khamala Khan/ Ms. Marvel in an adventure that could be a torch-passing between the two characters. So there’s a lot on Larson’s plate. If she can just get out of traffic.
