It’s no surprise to anyone that Brie Larson is ripped. The film star is constantly posting photos of herself during her workouts and in outfits that show exactly how those workouts have paid off. And she’s at it again! Today, the Captain Marvel star took to Instagram to give fans another inside look at one of her high level workouts. The video reveals Larson in a gray two piece workout set with a sports bra on top and leggings on the bottom. Perfectly controlling her well executed moves, Larson holds a kettlebell with her left arm extended high above her head while she gracefully bends to her right. Kettlebell still in place, she moves back to her starting position before doing it all over again. The actress had a laugh with the caption where she gave a shout out to her trainer Jason Walsh aka @risemovement who was coaching her via Zoom.
As we mentioned, Brie Larson is no stranger to the gym. Always taking on and perfecting the newest fads the fitness world has to offer, Larson has done everything from extreme weight lifting to pole dancing all to keep her body perfectly toned. And with her lineup of projects, it makes sense as to why the actress is addicted to staying in shape. While many know her as of late as MCU’s Captain Marvel, Brie Larson’s next project will be in the highly anticipated Fast X. A newcomer to the universe of Fast & Furious, Larson will join a cast of legendary actors in the franchise that has spanned two decades. She’ll be joined by newcomer Jason Momoa with the two starring alongside the likes of Vin Diesel, John Cena, Charlize Theron, Tyrese Gibson, Nathalie Emmanuel, Michelle Rodriguez, Sung Kang, Daniela Melchior, Helen Mirren, Don Omar, Cardi B, Jordana Brewster, and Bow Wow. In an absolutely stacked cast, the newly signed on individuals are adding even more gasoline to the fire and the Ferraris.
Meanwhile, Brie Larson is also gearing up to reprise her role of Captain Marvel in 2023’s The Marvels. The feature will take place somewhere after the events of 2019’s Captain Marvel and following the happenings of the soon-to-be Disney+ series, Ms. Marvel. It’s bound to be a feature set to empower women as it’s being helmed by Nia DaCosta (Candyman) and penned by Megan McDonnell. In it, we’ll see Larson’s Captain Marvel aka Carol Danvers alongside the butt kicking gals, Kamala Khan (Iman Vellani), Monica Rambeau (Teyonah Parris), and of course Samuel L. Jackson.
With all the projects Brie Larson has lined up, there’s bound to be even more workout videos coming out over the next few months. Not that she’s ever slowed down, but we have a feeling that she’s going to be extra ripped for her slate of performances. While many of us lack the drive and consistency needed to go to the gym on such a regular basis, we can look to Brie Larson to maybe soak up her workouts through the screen.
