Wish you had your own electronic, personal assistant like Tony Stark’s J.A.R.V.I.S. in Iron Man? This guy did and when he discovered he couldn’t pick one up at Wal-Mart he decided to make his own.
Chad Barraford has wired his home to be his personal assistant. His house now greets him when he enters, delivers the weather upon request, updates his Facebook page for him, dims the lights, controls his appliances, notifys him of breaking news, assists in cooking, tracks packages, handles his netflix account, handles his finances, and even does bittorrenting for him.
Meet Chad and J.A.R.V.I.S. in the video here: read this entry »

I’m not convinced that G4 TV technology host Olivia Munn actually knows anything at all about technology, or for that matter hosting or even acting. But we live in a world where that doesn’t matter when you’re ridiculously hot. With a teleprompter, anyone can fake knowledge, talent, and ability. Assuming of course, you can read. And I’m pretty sure Olivia Munn can read.
But why would you want her too, when you could stare at her instead? Complex reports that she’s been added to the cast of Iron Man 2 as an unspecified character. She’d previously been cut from the film but apparently Favreau called her up to do reshoots as an entirely different character. Hopefully this character will be required to wear a bikini. Whatever her part, it’s enough to qualify Olivia as our Sci-Fi Seductress of the moment. Nookie girl alert: read this entry »
Comic Book Movie believes they may have uncovered evidence which proves Tony Stark will wear suitcase armor in Iron Man 2. That’s right, I said suitcase armor. They believe his newest Iron Man 2 armor, the MK5 will collapse down to fit in a suit-case sized parcel which can then be carried around for easy transport.
You can see Pepper Pots dumping the Iron Man armor case out of a car in the following featurette at around the 4:28 mark:
And here’s a toy version of what the new armor might look like on Tony. Note the ridges on the suit which make it look as though it could be collapsible: read this entry »
Toy Fair is happening this weekend in New York, and the nation’s big toy manufacturers are revealing all their franchise tie-ins. In particular, Hasbro is showing off their new line of Iron Man toys, some of which are meant to go along with the new movie, Iron Man 2.
Below we have a look at their latest Iron Man movie line of action figures, showcasing seven different types of Iron Man armor. Some of them you’ll recognize from the previous film, but others are entirely new. Will the Deep Dive armor actually be used in Iron Man 2? I hope so, because it’s wicked cool. Take a look:
Iron Man 2 has just released what can only be described as a frickin sweet new image. Or at least as close as an Iron Man 2 image can be to being frickin sweet without showing Iron Man, War Machine, Whiplash, or Black Cat’s cleavage. In this particular picture, Tony’s suited up in his racing gear and looking into the camera as if he’s about to kick some serious, Formula 1 ass. Focus your scanners on this:

Videogames based on movies are always a dicey proposition. Most of the time they’re minimum effort cash-ins meant to suck up any money left floating around out there after the movie is released and drums up interest in whatever property it is they’re leeching off of. So it’s buyer beware with Sega’s upcoming Iron Man game, being made based on the movie. That said, the game’s first trailer is here and it looks surprisingly good. Watch:
