There are only two more episodes of AMC’s The Walking Dead left in the season. So far, this season has seen its share of highs and lows, but overall this has been The Walking Dead’s best season yet. The Walking Dead is known for explosive and brutal season finales, so this season’s should be no different. As tension builds between two groups of zombie survivalists, take a sneak peek — featuring the Dixon Brothers — at season three’s penultimate episode, “This Sorrowful Life,” below:

Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) is trying to get the rest of his group to accept his brother Merle back into the fold, but it doesn’t seem like Glenn (Steven Yeun) is interested in hearing anything Daryl has to say. While everyone in the group likes and needs Daryl, it’s unlikely they will ever accept Merle. Also, it appears Glen is making a few Molotov cocktails for the upcoming battle between the two camps. The season finale will surely be a bloody affair.

In the second promo, Merle (Michael Rooker) is trying to convince Rick (Andrew Lincoln) to turn Michonne (Danai Gurira) over to the Governor (David Morrissey) to save his group. Rick has always been a logical man, sacrificing for the greater good of his people. Will Rick do the same with Michonne? It’s fascinating to see Merle toy around with Rick; he calls him “Officer Friendly,” which is a clever nod to when they first met in season one.

The Walking Dead’s episode 15, “This Sorrowful Life,” will air this Sunday, March 24th on AMC. In the meantime, you can read Brent’s review of last night’s episode, “Prey.”
