This Mass Effect Asari Cosplay Looks Good Enough For The Movie

We’ve seen a lot of genuinely impressive cosplay over the years here at GFR. The amount of effort and talent fans pour into recreating characters and props from their favorite science fiction properties is frequently mind-blowing, especially given that my own arts-and-crafts talents both begin and end at first-grade macaroni art. But every once in a while a bit of cosplay comes along that literally makes my jaw drop, such as this abso-freakng-stunning Asari getup. Seriously: wow.

The lady under the amazing makeup is Italian model Paoletta P. Pasi, and the photography was done by Cesare Marino. Paoletta’s Facebook page explains that Paoletta worked as the “Official Icon of Electronic Arts Italia as Liara T’soni for Mass Effect 3.” Based on that and the background of the pics, I’m guessing the images of Paoletta in costume as Liara were at an official Mass Effect event, possibly a release party for the third game.

Either way, her costume and makeup is absolutely professional grade quality, and this is probably the closest we’ve come so far to seeing what parts of the in-the-works Mass Effect movie will look like. You can check out some more of Paoletta in costume below. If you’ll excuse me, I think it’s time to replay the games again…
