Normally whenever someone announces a new science fiction series set on planet Earth, that’s a sure sign that they’re planning to skimp on the budget and have only really set it on Earth because they don’t want to spend money on building starship sets or trying to make things look like they’re on an alien planet. Farscape creator Rockne S. O’Bannon doesn’t roll like that.
