Radio Controlled Light Cycles Defy Gravity For Tron Fans
For those of you who, like me, can’t afford those ridiculously awesome street legal Tron Light cycle replicas we told you about yesterday; there is a low budget alternative.
Disney is, of course, planning to release a whole line of toys based on their new movie Tron: Legacy when it hits theaters this fall. Among a lot of really cool replicas, there’s plenty of incredible looking light cycles, but these in particular should get your sci-fi geekerator pumping. Radio controlled light cycle replicas… which can ride up walls.
Actually gravity in general is no object for them. As the light cycles in Tron: Legacy will, they can literally go anywhere. Walls, ceilings, and oh yeah the floor too. As they run, like the real light cycles, they trail light behind them. And here’s the very best part: If you get two of them they’re programmed to do battle. The video below shows one in action during the day, but imagine how insanely cool this little toy would be in the dark:
