Incredible New Star Trek Artwork Goes Khhaaaan!
Today I announced the impending arrival of my first child and promised to name him Khan Noonien Tyler. Ok there’s no way my wife is ever going to okay that, but on the off chance she does I’ll need to buy him what you’re about to see below.
The following, mind-blowing artwork was created by artist Martin Ansin and sold out today over at MondoTees. If they’re smart, they’ll get the t-shirt presses in their factory cranking at start plastering them on t-shirts right away. You can put me down for at least a dozen.
The artwork is first in a whole new line of Star Trek themed awesomeness set to be released soon at Mondo, though it’s harder to imagine anything they do being cooler than Khan Noonien Singh. There’s really only one way to top it, and that’s to release a second poster featuring Khan in his later years, when he ditched the ponytail for a mullet, puffed out his chest hair, and went into the movie business for Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. Mondo, get on that.
