Moon is the newest entry in the wannabe 2001 genre. Or maybe it’s the wannabe Solaris genre. Take your pick. This one though, actually pulls it off. Sam Rockwell is left alone on the moon, and he finds something very strange out on the lunarscape inside a crashed crawler.
