In actuality using a lightsaber is probably a very bad way to eat Sushi.  After all the heat from the blade would flash cook anything it touched, and with Sushi that's not cool  Luckily these lightsaber chopsticks seem to be deactivated, allowing you to wow your nerdy friends with your jedi prowess the next time you're partaking of wrapped up, raw fish:
